Ok. I don’t know why people love to. misquote me but they do. So when I said “children have no say in the matter” with their pictures being taken I am talking about when psycho paparazzi who follow people around and take pictures of their little ones! It happens with me and Noah all the time! I hate it! It is unfair! The kids don’t chose that life but there is nothing we can do about it. I just think paps shouldn’t be allowed to photograph the kids!
I NEVER said ANYTHING about Madonna or Jolie doing a photo shoot with their kids! That isn’t taking them to the playground or for a walk and having a bunch of creepy men flash cameras in their face! Kids should be able to go out in to the world and enjoy it and really live in it. Those photographers take a lot away from their childhood! It is unfair and should not be allowed.

Miley also admitted that Liam was by her said when the fell very ill back September, which led to the cancellation of three shows. Liam nursed her back to health by giving her a book of Australian phrases to help familiarize her with the country's slang:

He was like, 'I've never heard half of this stuff but some of it's pretty funny!' It's really funny how different yet alike America and Australia are.'

Miley Cyrus mixed up with Aussie bad boys Chris Hemsworth and Liam Hemsworth exposed
MILEY Cryus' Aussie lover Liam Hemsworth - and his brother Chris - have been outed as bad boys after photos emerged of the pair getting caught in a fistfight in Hollywood. TMZ.com reports that just a few months ago - before he and Miley hooked up - 19-year-old Liam and Chris got into a full-on fistfight after an event in Hollywood.
The entertainment website reports it happened after the brothers - who are currently on the cover of Vanity Fair - engaged in some late-night chat with a random guy.
"The brothers approached him - and suddenly a 2-on-1 brawl broke out.
"We're told event security broke up the fight --and managed to separate everyone before cops were needed," the website stated.

Miley Cyrus drops in
Miley Cyrus was seen poolside at the Fontainebleau on Thursday, sporting a hot pink bikini and talking on her cellphone. Cyrus is in town for some down time after her last North American tour date. Pool party in the USA! Seems like Michael's Genuine Food & Drink is Art Basel's unofficial commissary. Lunching there Monday: shoe god and title of J Lo's latest tune, Christian Louboutin, dining with ``a blonde,'' says our spy Matthew Chamberlin. On Tuesday, Louboutin had lunch with Pharrell Williams and DACRA's Craig Robins, and on Thursday he brought his entire staff for lunch. There for dinner Tuesday night: Calvin Klein and international Vogue and Vanity Fair editors Ingrid Sischy and girlfriend Sandra Brant. On Thursday night, former Mets first baseman-turned-announcer Keith Hernandez with a party of five.
Venus Williams and a group of friends were at the 311 concert at Bayfront Park Amphitheatre on Tuesday night. Says our source, ``She was really low-key and even entered the facility through the front entrance, not a VIP entrance, with the rest of the concertgoers.''
Naomi Campbell was at Miami magazine's Green Goes Into the Blue Party Tuesday night at Area 31 featuring photos from National Geographic. Campbell, says our source, ``was extremely tame, preferring to go unnoticed.'' That said, she didn't succeed in going unnoticed at all throughout the entire Art Basel Miami Beach, where she was seen pretty much everywhere. The same night, she was also seen at the 20th Anniversary opening party for Art Miami, as was casino mogul Steve Wynn and The Rachel Zoe Project's Taylor Jacobson. On Wednesday night, Campbell was at Mr Chow. Also there at separate tables: John McEnroe and Stephen Dorff.
Seen at the Wednesday night launch of Primary Flight's Blue Print for Space at ArtCenter/South Florida: Russell Simmons, checking out video art by Peanut Butter Wolf and, after her performance at Art Positions, singer Ebony Bones, who dropped by the exhibit's after party at Shore Club, where Primary Flight artist Cruz tagged a 30-foot wall with fellow graffiti artists.
Miley Cyrus Remakes '80s Rock Ballad 'Every Rose Has Its Thorn'
Taking a page from a hair band classic, Miley Cyrus is remaking Poison frontman Bret Michaels's '80s rock ballad: "Every Rose Has Its Thorn."
" 'Every Rose' is one of her all-time favorite songs and she is really excited about cutting it," Miley's mom Tish Cyrus says.
Miley, 17, might be young but her love for Poison runs deep. Her first concert experience – other than seeing dad Billy Ray Cyrus onstage – was watching the band perform in Nashville. And now she’s been in the studio with Michaels – along with other producers – putting her own spin on the '80s ballad. She recorded the song in New York, her rep confirms.
And rumor is that Michaels might even dust off his blue rose guitar to play on the track.

Miley Cyrus Song Pulled From Grammy Nomination
A song performed by one of the world's top tween pop singers gets a Grammy nomination – only to be taken out of the running days later.
No, it's not a plotline for an episode of Hannah Montana, it's what has really happened to a song performed by her real-life counterpart, Miley Cyrus.
The 17-year-old singer's single "The Climb," featured heavily in Hannah Montana: The Movie and written by Jessi Alexander and Jon Mabe, is no longer up for Grammy consideration for best song written for a soundtrack. That means that the song's nomination will go to the entry with the next highest number of votes, "All Is Love," by Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and written for Where the Wild Things Are.
Since she didn't write the song herself, Cyrus was never personally nominated.
A source inside the Cyrus camp says the sudden swap was hardly a surprise and that the song was submitted in the category by mistake. The source says "The Climb" was withdrawn from the competition a day later.
The Grammy organization wasn't explicit about why "The Climb" was replaced.
In an interview with Better Nashville, Alexander said that she came up with the song while driving to work.

Miley Cyrus says she's 'wary' of British food as she reveals she's spending Christmas here
Miley Cyrus has revealed she's spending Christmas in the UK - but says she's worried about the food. The teen star will be over here during her Wonder World Tour, but said she was nervous about the kind of grub she was going to get dished up.
Talking on GMTV this morning, she said: "It’s a bit weird being in a different country that I’m used to, I’m like, ‘Is the food going to be the same as home?’ and I was kind of stressed about that. But it’s pretty similar, you know, there are some things I’ve got to get accustomed to."
However, the Hannah Montana star added that she felt she could be ‘herself’ in Britain.
She explained: "When I first came here - it was a little while ago when I just had the TV show and none of my Miley music had really been recognised yet - and so now having people that have heard my music and that are really big fans, I feel like in the UK I can be a little bit more like myself actually."
The star also revealed that she's ditching her pop soundx to pursue a more rocky direction.
She revealed: "I want this to be my last pop record. I’m working on a record right now and I kind of want this to be my last record for a little while and then be able to take a break and just get all the type of music that I just really love - you know, my favourite styles and be able to have something edgier and not have to worry about people saying ‘Oh, well this isn’t what her fans want to listen to’".
She continued: "Because at the end of the day, in a few years, as I grow up, so will my fans. And I won’t have to maybe focus on that as much, and I’ll be able to have more of the style of music that I’m into."
CYRUS TO TAKE MUSIC HIATUS
MILEY CYRUS is to take a hiatus from music - so she can drop her teen pop star image and concentrate on a rockier sound.
The 17-year-old Disney star is sick of clean-cut songs and is planning to give her music a drastic make-over.
And she's decided the best way to prepare her fans for an edgier sound is by taking a break from recording altogether.
She tells British TV show GMTV, "I want to do my last pop record, I'm working on a record right now. I kinda (sic) want this to be my last record for a little while and be able to take a break and just get all the types of music that I really love... you know my favourite styles. And be able have something edgier and not have to worry about people saying, 'Oh, this isn't what her fans want to listen to.' Because in a few years, as I grow up, so will my fans and I won't have to focus on that as much and I'll be able to have more of the sound of music that I'm into."

Timbaland Says Miley Cyrus Is The 'Female Justin Timberlake'
When Timbaland hooked up with Miley Cyrus for the track "We Belong to the Music," from his album Shock Value II, the super-producer was thoroughly impressed with the "Hannah Montana" star. He thinks she'll be able to make a smooth transition from teenybopper to full-fledged pop star, like another guy he's worked with a time or two
.
"I look at Miley as a female Justin Timberlake," he told MTV News. "The reason why I say that is her work ethics are incredible. That girl can sing so good that I was very impressed. I couldn't believe it. I'm like, 'This is Miley Cyrus? She's singing the song?' "
Timbaland said he and Cyrus sat for hours trying to get the song — which he says is about needing only the music and nothing else, — just right. "She went in and knocked it out. She killed it," he said. "She loved the song, so she killed it."
He's just hoping the 17-year-old will be given the creative freedom to make the leap into making more adult music. "When you go that [teenybopper] route, you can only be big in two places — either TV or music," he said. "And hers, unfortunately, is TV. So she's big at TV and music. She's got to build up to that."
But he has no doubt that she'll be able to bridge the gap.
"She gonna get there — watch," he said. "We developed a great relationship."

Miley Cyrus is rubbing elbows with Samantha and the gang. The "Hannah Montana" star filmed her cameo for the "Sex and the City 2" movie in New York City on Friday.
Check out the pics. It seems that Cyrus and the character Samantha (Kim Cattrall) have arrived at the red carpet premiere of Smith Jerrod's (Jason Lewis) film "Heart of the Desert" wearing the same dress.
But they don't seem too broken up about it.
Hmm, wonder if they're just hamming it up for the set photographer or if they're in character and have decided to make the best of the situation. Despite wearing the same dress, they've certainly accessorized differently.
Check out Miley's spiky collar and elbow gloves.
Other rumored cameos include Penelope Cruz, Liza Minnelli and "Project Runway" mentor Tim Gunn.
What do you think? Is Miley's presence a good or bad thing for the "Sex" sequel?

Miley Cyrus Shares Her Fashion Dos and Don'ts
When it comes to fashion style, Miley Cyrus has some dos and don'ts. To Seventeen magazine she shares, "I don't like dressing up that much, even for dressy kinds of parties and stuff. I like being more casual. I would much rather come underdressed than overdressed."
The 17-year-old Disney actress-singer, moreover, reveals, "My least favorite trend would definitely be high-waisted jeans. I like wearing my jeans low with Converse, and I was just not a fan." However, "when I started designing with Max [Azria], we did high-waisted shorts, and I said, 'Okay, I can rock these'."
Another fashion don't for Miley is shopping for clothes online. "I love instant access; I'm an instant gratification kind of person. That's why I don't shop online, because I can't wait for the three days for it to get to me," she explains.
And though she has made money from her acting and singing careers, Miley claims she is still mad for cheap things. "One day we were driving with my sister, and we went to the army surplus store, and the paparazzi were extremely confused, especially when I came out with a bunch of shopping bags," she tells Seventeen.
Despite her young age, Miley has the same stylist with that of her seniors Ashlee Simpson and Nicole Richie. "I share a stylist with Nicole Richie, so it's really cool to see something from her line and be able to ask Nicole where she got it or what her inspiration was. I'm in a cool position where the fashion icons that I have are available to me, and I can learn from them," she gushes.

Is it any surprise that rumors were recently flying about Miley Cyrus starring in the movie adaptation of the hit Broadway hair-band musical Rock of Ages?
She's not only seen the show, but she reportedly loved it so much, she visited with the stars backstage. Not long after, the cast performed at her '80s-themed 17th birthday party in NYC.
And the movie's director is none other than...
...Hairspray director Adam Shankman, who happens to be a producer of Ms. Miley's upcoming flick, The Last Song.
But Miley and Rock ain't happening, people. At least not right now.
"It's way too soon," Shankman told me at yesterday's Dizzy Feet Foundation event about casting Cyrus (or anyone for that matter). "I love it, though. She went to see the show and she loved it and then I had to email her and say, 'I hear you're starring in my movie. Fantastic! Congratulations!' It was just so crazy. She saw the show and that was all."
Cyrus' rep has also denied she's attached to the project. The Last Song is set to be released next April. She also has a cameo in the upcoming sequel to the Sex and the City movie.
